地理环境[edit]
村庄西南依山，东北临江，316国道横跨村境，距福银高速闽侯出入口约1.5公里。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
村史可上溯至宋代。民国年间，岳氏一族连续三代为地方事务出力，兴办过校舍与发电设施。[2]
1984年，村民委员会在此组建。[1]
经济[edit]
改革开放后，村内发展起生态农庄，并开辟了旅游线路。[2]
文化[edit]
村中古迹有宋朝儒学大师墓与佛塔亭，轮船厝与碇步桥也是村中的人文景观。[2]
