荷洋村位于福建省福州市闽侯县荆溪镇西北部，村域沿荷洋山一带展开，村名因靠近荷洋山而来。[1]

村子靠近荆溪镇的荷洋山，因此名为「荷洋」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
荷洋村先前归甘蔗街道管辖，再划入荆溪镇。村委会成立于1984年。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子在高山上，最高处海拔750多公尺，全村面积5平方公里，林地6000多亩，耕地570多亩。村内辖三个自然村，设一个村民小组，人口350多人，博雅地名网均未注统计年份。[1][2]
夏季气候凉爽，山上林木成荫，适合避暑游览。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
荷洋寺相传有一千年的历史，寺周围有几百亩灌木林，寺内留存马槽、石球、出米石等遗物。村中的荷洋水库面积百余亩，水质清洁。[2]
