福鼓社区位于福建省福州市闽侯县荆溪镇，是一个由工厂职工家属聚居形成的社区，2012年1月成立居委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

最早是1958年10月设立的闽侯农械厂；1972年改称风机厂，1986年更名为福州鼓风机厂。1994年，工厂组建成福建东亚鼓风机股份有限公司。此后，2005年改制，厂房拍卖，买受人继续租用生产，2011年迁往工业区。[1]

2012年1月，社区居委会成立。[1]

地名由来[edit]

社区原属福州鼓风机厂，工厂为加强对职工和家属的管理而设社区，因此得名「福鼓」。[2]
