古山洲社区位于福建省福州市闽侯县荆溪镇南部，三面临江，由古山洲、过江洲、新档洲组成，2006年由村委会改设为社区。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
2006年11月，原村委会改设为居委会，同年依闽侯县人民政府的批复正式成立古山洲社区居委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
博雅地名网记社区面积2.5平方公里，居民全部住在古山洲上，分洲头、洲中、洲尾三片，以李、林、郑三姓为多，未注统计年份。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
社区内有历史悠久的正境词庙，还有同心堂与古山洲小学。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，古山洲社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
