泽洋村是南通镇东部的行政村，距镇政府约2公里，祥南公路穿村而过。全村辖盛美、文洋、莲湖、盛汉、湖头五个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自地理位置：村子处在泽苗与文洋之间。此前泽洋与泽苗曾合并为一个管区，1984年设立泽洋村民委员会。[1][3]

历代人物[edit]

欧廷显，宋开禧乙丑年（1205年）进士，官至户部尚书。欧文善，明崇祯戊辰年（1628年）进士，官朝议大夫。[2]

教育与公益[edit]

1988年，旅居海外的张国盛长子返乡探亲，此后与父亲商议振兴家乡。十年间父子两人捐资三千多万元。1989年起，在本村征地一百二十多亩，建起幼儿园、小学和中学；1995年，省人民政府批准在闽侯八中校园内立碑表彰。[2]
