沪屿村位于青口镇政府西面约1500米处，南接新城西路，下辖长埕、叶厝街、山头下等自然村。[1]

村名的来历：村域四面临江，形如一壶，起初称“壶屿”。博雅地名网引古籍所载“山在水中屿”之说，与“扈”字相合，称“扈屿”；“扈”与“沪”通用，遂改为沪屿。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立祥谦人民公社，村中设康华联队。为便利叶氏外迁宗亲寻根，联队改名沪屿村。沪屿村村民委员会1984年组建。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，沪屿村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
