莲峰村隶属青口镇，属镇乡结合区。村后有一座山峰形似莲花，称莲花山，村名取“莲”“峰”二字而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村原是傅筑大队的一个联队，1975年组建莲峰大队；村民委员会于1984年成立。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
莲峰石塔位于莲峰村，建于宋代，为八角七层石构楼阁式实心塔。据百度百科，塔通高约15米（另一说8米）。2013年1月28日，福建省人民政府公布其为第八批省级文物保护单位。[2]
