历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立后，此地归宏屿大队下的一支联队管辖；后福村村民委员会在1984年组建。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，后福村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；同年12月，被命名为「2021年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]
2022年10月，后福村经福建省农业农村厅认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2025年11月，又被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
