东台村是福建省福州市闽侯县青口镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部，东侧临近东南汽车城，南面与福清市接壤。[1]

村名的来历，据传与明代首辅叶向高选择墓地的故事有关。叶向高先在西边山发现“三龟相会穴”，又在东边山戌辰方向发现“七星坐地穴”，经水量比较后选定东边戌辰之地作墓地，因而得名东台。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设东台大队，1984年改设东台村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，东台村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」，评定单位为福建省爱卫办。[1]
