地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，村子处在交通要道边，过往行人常在此停下歇脚，人们把它与“十里长亭、五里短亭”的说法联系起来，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1984年设立亭上村村民委员会，此后一直沿用。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年12月，本村获评「福州市2024年市级一村一品专业村」，主要产业是传统小吃。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办将本村命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
