过浦村位于尚干镇东南部，东边靠着324国道，西边与后村相连，北边与洋中村接壤，南边与东升村相邻。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村落位于陶江边，据说村名来自过桥进浦、进村的路径，故名过浦。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

本地的建置可追溯到唐开元十三年（725年），1913年起属闽侯县，列于七里的永庆里之中。1984年设立过浦村村民委员会。[1]
