南屿镇是福建省福州市闽侯县南部的一个镇，位于旗山东麓、大樟溪西岸，北邻上街镇，东隔大樟溪与南通镇相望，面积170.5平方千米。[1][9]镇名取自境内的锦溪两岸，溪北称北屿（又称水西），溪南称南屿。[1][8]

1984年，南屿从公社体制转为镇制。福州高新技术产业开发区曾在2013年后托管全镇，这一安排于2025年10月依市里部署终止。截至2025年12月，全镇设8个社区居委会与22个村委会，户籍人口8万余人。[1][3]

镇内以水西林明清古建筑群、旗山森林风景与万佛寺等古迹著称，2022年获评福建省卫生乡镇，并为省级历史文化名镇。[2][7]

历史沿革[edit]

南屿地方的沿革可追溯到宋太平兴国六年（981年），当年侯官县与闽县各析出九乡，设立怀安县。[1]

1580年（明万历八年），原来的怀安县撤回侯官，南屿仍在侯官境内。民国二年（1913年）侯官与闽县合称闽侯，南屿因此划归闽侯。1951年南屿属闽侯县第五区；1956年南通、上街两地被并为一个区，名为南屿区；1958年南屿设公社；1984年10月改镇。[1]

2013年起，福州高新技术产业开发区开始托管南屿镇。2025年10月，依福州市统一部署，闽侯县解除了这一托管，同时涉及上街镇的五个村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地势从西南往东逐渐降低，陆地多为淤积平原。在边界上，西南方向连着永泰县塘前乡，西侧为永泰县葛岭镇，北侧是上街镇。[1]

大樟溪和乌龙江是境外的两条主要河流；蓬莱溪、尧沙河、五都溪、桐南溪、锦溪等为境内河流，河道总长61.5千米。[1]

气候属南亚热带海洋性季风气候，年平均气温19.5℃，年平均降雨量约1433毫米，无霜期335天。[1]

行政区划[edit]

2025年末，全镇辖8个社区居民委员会和22个村民委员会。社区包括南屿、南旗、旗山文城、安里、锦溪、南元、新屿、南港；村的名称与代码见县民政局2025年12月的通知。[1][3][4]

经济[edit]

2025年末，全镇耕地10312.39亩，种植以水稻、食用菌、蔬菜和六月麻为主。[1]

工业方面，辖区内登记在册的企业逾8000家，其中高新技术企业有217家，规模以上企业为108家。新兴产业中，光电、生物医药、信创、电子信息与智能装备受到扶持。[1]

社会事业[edit]

2025年末，全镇共有中学7所，并有小学14所；镇级卫生院1所，医务人员143人。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

水西林建筑群在南旗社区的水西林街上，年代属明清。6处建筑沿街排列，分别是林春泽的宅第、他的长子林应亮与次子林应宪各自的宅第、长孙林如楚的宅第，以及林如楚后人的宅第和旗峰林公祠。它被视为福州地区明清官宦宅第的代表。2013年，福建省人民政府将它列为第八批省级文物保护单位。[11]

林春泽宅为三进五开间的大宅，背倚太平山。林春泽卒于1583年，寿达一百零四岁。1989年，这座宅院被定为县级文物保护单位；2013年，它随水西林古街被列为福建省第八批文保单位的一部分。[10]

万佛寺位于旗山东南麓，前身是灵凤寺，始建于北宋大中祥符三年（1010年）；后于南宋绍兴十年（1140年）因僧人在寺旁种松而改称石松寺，1999年重建后定名为旗山万佛寺。[12]

旗山国家森林公园跨南屿、上街两镇的境内，山上有棋盘石、摩崖石刻和一线天等景点。[6][13]

镇内旧有庵寺众多，清末俗称「九庵十八寺」；据一项地方普查，实际有庵十座、寺三十座，其中有一部分已经废毁，其余多经历代重修保存下来。[5]

人物[edit]

地方文献提到，宋代出过七省经略林士衡，明代出过尚书黄镐，三宴琼林的瑞翁林春泽及其子孙出过四名进士，清代出过武状元宋鸿图。[1]

现代人物有旗山脚下的四位院士，其中唐仲璋、唐崇惕为父女双院士，庄巧生、庄文颖也为父女双院士；作家庐隐亦出自南屿镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年，南屿镇入选全国千强镇；2023年又入选全国综合实力千强镇。2022年12月，省爱国卫生运动委员会授予南屿镇「2022年福建省卫生乡镇」的称号。[1][7]
