白沙镇是福建省福州市闽侯县下辖的镇，位于县境西部，距县城约8公里，辖4个社区和21个行政村。[1][2]

镇名取自闽江冲积出的大片白色石英砂沙洲。唐宋元明清各代，这里都是闽侯的四大古镇之一，也处在福州通往闽北与外省的要道上。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

古驿道曾在这里设白沙驿，当时隶属侯官县。民国后，此地归闽侯县甘白区管辖。新中国成立后一度与竹岐、鸿尾同属闽侯第十区；鸿尾于1952年脱离，四年后的1956年，白沙联合鸿尾、荆溪、竹岐、甘蔗组建新区。1958年以公社形式独立，1984年才改称镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

镇中心的白沙社区位于闽江北岸，白沙村西沿闽江。镇域东部与荆溪镇、甘蔗街道相接，北部和西北部多为山区与半山区村庄，与闽清县、大湖乡、洋里乡相邻。博雅地名网记面积约175平方千米，维基百科则作176平方千米。[1][2]

经济[edit]

镇内主要企业有电力、化工、机械、竹编等厂，另有运输与商贸业。物产以龙眼、橄榄和柑橘为多。[1]

荣誉[edit]

全国爱卫会于2020年7月把「2017-2019周期国家卫生乡镇（县城）」的称号定给白沙镇。农业农村部与财政部于2021年4月公布的「2021年农业产业强镇创建名单」中有白沙镇。2023年8月，农业农村部与财政部公布的国家农业产业强镇中，白沙镇以橄榄产业上榜。2023年10月，白沙镇列入省里的「全域生态旅游小镇」名单。2024年4月，白沙镇进入省里第三批乡村振兴示范乡镇的创建名单。[1]

2025年11月，福建省农业农村厅公布的第二批省级乡村振兴示范村中，有白沙镇新坡村；2026年3月，白沙镇大目溪村入选第四批全省乡村振兴示范村的创建对象。[3][4]

名胜古迹[edit]

汤院驿道位于汤院村，年代为唐宋，据百度百科，2013年列入福建省第八批省级文物保护单位。[5]

远济桥位于联坑村南山涧上，为清光绪年间建造的单孔木拱廊桥。到2013年，它的文物级别已为福建省级。[6]

江氏古民居群（永奋永襄厝）位于新坡村，始建于清乾隆元年，据百度百科，1992年被公布为闽侯县文物保护单位。[7]

2025年8月，闽侯县政府网站报道，「美丽乡村景观带大目溪段（福延白沙古道）」全长约3.49公里，起于联坑村，止于大目溪村，沿线串联远济桥等景观。[8]
