梅新村属福建省福州市长乐区梅花镇，在闽江口北岸南端，处于梅花古城的中心地带。[1][3]

村里以海洋捕捞、滩涂养殖和水产品加工为主要产业，近年多次获得省级荣誉。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年10月，此地从金峰人民公社分出，随梅花人民公社的设立而设村。1978年，它归梅花镇的第二分支管辖；1984年镇建制恢复后，改称梅新村委会，此名沿用至今。[1][3]

村名的来历：村子所在的古城中心原有朝宗门，此处后来新建了城门，村名由此而来。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2009年，村子获「省级信息化建设示范村」称号。[4]
  • 2018年至2020年，连续三届保持「全国文明村」称号。[4]
  • 2021年1月，列为「福州市乡村振兴中高级版试点村」。[1]
  • 2022年12月，获省爱卫运动委员会授予「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
  • 2023年2月，列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
  • 2025年3月，被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]

文化[edit]

村中保留着古城墙、古建筑等历史遗迹，村民将一批古建筑纳入村庄规划的保护范围，并进行了提升改造。[4]

村里建有新时代文明实践站和爱心超市，村集体、企业与乡贤共同出资设立爱心基金，每月为80周岁以上的老人发放生活用品补助。[5]
