华阳村地处金峰镇南部，峡梅公路穿村心而过，胪峰大道则从西侧经过。[1]

地名由来[edit]

取中华大地迎接朝阳之意，故名华阳。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名始于1952年；1958年成为华阳生产大队，1999年改设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

华阳村是传统工业村，有经编、纺织、化纤、印染等企业。[1]

1982年，本村农民郑良官集合村民，在镇内办起了当时长乐市的第一家经编厂，此后经编业在金峰逐步发展。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，华阳村获命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
