金峰镇位于福建省福州市长乐区北部，面积29.31平方千米，2020年11月1日零时常住人口79932人。[1]

镇域以纺织经编业著称，长乐的纺织业由此发端。[2][7]

地名由来[edit]

据长乐新闻网的文章，金峰本街原名甘墩，别称炉峰。前人借皇恩寺的寺联「鸦池通玉井，镜石照金峰」，把炉峰雅称为金峰。[7]

历史沿革[edit]

古时金峰一带属昌化乡，分为十六、十七、二十一、二十三都。[3]

解放前这里是联保驻地，统辖15保。解放后不久，此地设第三区人民政府，管辖范围包括梅花、潭头与湖南等地。[3]

1958年成立金峰公社，百度百科记为当年9月。[1] 1961年，梅花与湖南两地另立公社。[3]

1984年撤社设镇；百度百科作1984年9月，博雅地名网作1984年10月。[1][3]

经济[edit]

镇内经编企业在20世纪80年代起步，此后规模逐步扩大。至2004年，镇内经编企业累计达到400多家。[2]

1984年，社会学家费孝通到长乐考察，称金峰的经编业为「草根工业」，金峰因此被视为这一产业的发祥地。[7]

名胜古迹[edit]

皇恩寺在炉峰山麓。寺院的历史可上溯到南朝梁代，唐咸通九年得赐额。[5][6]

明代寺院遭倭寇毁坏，至清同治三年，知县王仲汶出资修复。[5][6]

寺中保留着唐代的古井，周围有镜石、玉井与鸦池等景观。[5][6]

近代寺院倾圮，后经地方政府与社会各界在旧址重建；博雅地名网则记该寺为已毁。[5][6][12]

胪峰公园占地50公顷，在金峰村辖区内，园内现有20多个景点，另有10多个体育健身场地。[8]

著名人物[edit]

作家冰心（谢婉莹）祖籍首台村横岭自然村，所居祖屋系其曾祖厝，始建于清代。[9]

林准曾任最高人民法院院长，其祖籍地为前林村。[10]

当代书画家郑发祥与民间歌唱家陈珠莲出生于陈店村。[11]

荣誉[edit]

2014年7月，住房和城乡建设部等七部委将金峰镇确定为「全国重点镇」。[4]

同年6月，环境保护部授予金峰镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[4]

2004年，金峰镇跨入「福州市超一流经济强镇」行列。[2][7]
