北山村位于吴航五马山南侧，村域面积约4平方公里，分布有7个自然村，居民姓氏较多。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

北山村于1958年并入鹤上公社，改称北山大队；1978年起归鹤上乡，仍为北山大队。1984年称鹤上乡北山村，1993年改为鹤上镇北山村委会，直至今日。[1]
