鹤上镇是福建省福州市长乐区中部的一个镇，境域东南靠漳港、文武砂两个街道，西南接古槐镇，西面连首占镇，西北与吴航街道相连，东北与金峰、潭头两镇交界。[1][2][4] 镇政府驻仙街村。镇境内有全国重点文物保护单位九头马民居，以及莲花山麓的沙京龙泉寺，村级企业多以羽绒、针织和纺织为业。[5][6][8]

历史沿革[edit]

鹤上原名鹤峰，宋代属昌化乡，列十三都。明初在纵横两道港汊之间开辟了一片湖，人们登上鹤峰山俯看，湖形像一个“上”字，于是改称鹤上。[2][3]

1949年前此地称鹤云乡，与云路乡合称。解放初划归第二区，1955年8月改为鹤上区；1958年6月重新设为鹤上乡，同年8月又成立鹤上人民公社。1984年9月恢复设乡，1990年改设镇，名称沿用至今。[1][2]

2014年6月，环境保护部授予鹤上镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[2]

峰顶、峰陈、云路、青桥等村于2021年11月获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号，认定者为福建省爱卫办；2024年1月，云江、洞湖、桃坑、大架等村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[12][13][17][18]；[14][11][15][16]

地理环境[edit]

镇域西北两侧靠山，中部是开阔的鹤上平原，地势自西北向东南倾斜。港渠众多，水源充足。平均每年降雨约1340毫米，气温年均19.3℃，无霜期超过358天。[3]

距松下深水港码头约33公里，到福州市区约36公里，到福州长乐国际机场约14公里。峡梅线、峡漳线以及新、旧福北线穿越全镇；博雅地名网称镇域是长乐的交通枢纽。[2][3]

镇域面积各家记载不同：百度百科为36.62平方千米，博雅地名网为48.5平方公里，两者均未注统计年份。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

2000年底，全镇总人口为61096人，其中农业人口约占九成一，其余为非农业人口。[3]

经济[edit]

2019年，镇内工业企业共170个，规模以上的有24个。[1]

村级企业以羽绒制品、针织和纺织为主。湖尾、路北两村有多家羽绒企业，白眉村有多家针织企业，洞湖村引进的纺织企业有十三家。2000年时全镇乡镇企业有156家，三资企业占10家。[3][8][9][10][11]

名胜古迹[edit]

九头马民居位于岐阳村福廷自然村，九头马公园北侧，是清代建筑群。始建于清嘉庆年间，大部分建于道光年间（1821—1850年），因建造时想把九块形似马匹的突出岩石围入屋内而得名。建筑群平面近方形，东西、南北各宽120米，分五列，主体建筑22座，四周筑6米高的围墙，设望楼与枪眼。该民居由国务院批准列为第七批全国重点文物保护单位。[5][7]

沙京龙泉寺位于莲花山麓的沙京一带，寺院占地约一万平方米。据百度百科，寺址始建于南朝梁承圣三年（554年），古称西山寺，唐咸通年间因寺井出现“青龙”的传说，获赐今名。寺内现存唐代梭形石柱十六根、龙井及摩崖造像等文物，朱熹题刻“朝阳”“魁龙”等石刻也保存于寺中。[6][2]
