屿北村是古槐镇下辖的行政村，1997年5月由屿头村析置为行政村，村中华侨与企业家较多。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村子旧属善政乡廉风里，元代为十一都三图，其境称桂林境。1997年5月，由屿头村分出，成为行政村。[1]

侨乡与乡贤[edit]

2019年，村支书介绍全村有900多户村民，其中华侨和企业家有800多人，村中多处公共场所留有海外乡亲捐建的碑记。[3]

2017年起，村中陆续在道路和广场墙面绘制以移风易俗为主题的墙画，共约800平方米，以图画代替说教。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，村子被确定为福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村。2021年12月，村子被确定为2021年度福建省「一村一品」示范村（番茄）。2025年3月，屿北村获认可，列为福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村。[1]
