洋下村亦称玉阳，古时称作璞玉，在古槐镇东部，下辖洋下、王道两个自然村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子周围都是平原，又位于公社辖区的最低地带，因而得名洋下。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村子早先归二难乡昆由里，元代属七都一图（王道自然村属二图）。民国十七年，本村划入第四区江田区；民国三十八年，又改归古槐管辖。1950年至1955年间几度调整区划，1958年按人民公社化区划划为古槐镇辖区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
洋下村于2024年1月获2023年福建省卫生村称号。[1]
