首祉村位于长乐南部沿海，是松下镇政府驻地。村名源于一条溪流的名字「小沚」，后雅化为「首祉」。[1]

村名最初来自溪流「小沚」，后雅化为「首祉」。据博雅地名网，村中林氏、李氏为主要姓氏，村史的来源不详。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子北边有君山、旗山作依托，两侧以御国山、白岩山为屏，前面有龟山、鼎山为案，南面临海。村辖的东洛岛为无居民海岛，由首祉村管辖。[1][3]

人口[edit]

博雅地名网载全村1874户、6809人，未注统计年份；村中辖西寨、南寨下、腿头、牛头湾、西皋、东皋、后山七个自然村。[1]

文化[edit]

村中有御国寺，以及祉江林氏宗祠等古迹。2024年1月，首祉村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[2][1]
