黄李村是首占镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西部，距长乐市区约6千米，上洞江贯穿村境。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：始祖李三峰元代迁居此地，后村中分为黄、李两姓，故名黄李。[1]
村落周围平田连片，依山带水，水田肥沃。[1]
新中国成立后建立营前人民公社，1988年起撤村改称黄李村委会。[1]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]
本村于2022年10月经省级农业部门认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2023年2月，本村列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中部有李参将军故居。李参在永乐七年（1409年）随郑和下西洋，因战功受封忠武校尉，之后升至游击将军、定远将军，并任总管府中军。故居后座为元末所建，建造者是本村李、黄二姓的开山祖李彰。[1]
