历史沿革[edit]
村落在南宋年间已经形成，古称洲店，因音近被写作“酒店”。博雅地名网说村名取自当地首石山的“首石鸣魁”传说，百度百科则作明代由洲店更名为首占，并注有洪武十三年与嘉靖年间两说。[2][1]
村中旧属长乐二难乡。[2]
本村曾获「2009-2011长乐市文明村」称号。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中现存明代「岱阳郑氏祖厅」建筑群，清代钦赐「世科甲」金匾。[1]
村内设有首占中学、中心小学及文化中心。[1]
著名人物[edit]
博雅地名网称本村历史上出了六位进士，村中走出文学家郑振铎、教育史家郑天挺、鸟类学家郑作新，以及导演陈怀皑、陈凯歌等人。[2]百度百科另列郑世威为本村名人。[1]
