首占镇是福州市长乐区中西部的一个镇，毗邻市区，东与鹤上镇相接，南与玉田镇相邻，西接营前镇，北连航城街道。镇名原作洲店，又称酒店，明代改称首占。镇内黄李村有李参将军故居，其主人李参曾随郑和下西洋；岱边村、首占村等村也留有明清时期的古民居与祖厅建筑。[2][3][4][6]

历史沿革[edit]

此地古称洲店，因读音相近又被写作“酒店”。明代改称首占，博雅地名网将此事系于1380年，即明洪武十三年；百度百科作明代改名，并注有嘉靖年间一说。[2][1]

民国时期此地设过联保，并属康隆乡；解放初划为第四区。1958年划归营前人民公社，1961年从营前分出，另立首占人民公社，次年公社驻地迁到上洋顶。1984年改设乡，1992年改为镇，名称沿用至今。[2][1]

2015年6月设立洲元社区。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办将洲元社区命名为2021年福建省卫生社区，并将珠湖、佑林、礼元、岭头、黄李五个村命名为2021年福建省卫生村。[9][10][11][12][13][5]2024年1月，赤屿、屿后两村又被命名为2023年福建省卫生村。[16][15]

地理环境[edit]

首占镇在长乐区中西部的内陆，境内有峡漳线穿过，是长乐城区向外延伸的主要方向之一。镇政府驻首占村。[1][4]

全镇面积的说法不一：百度百科作32.58平方千米，博雅地名网作30.9平方千米，两者均未注年份。[1][2]

西南一带靠山，岱边村在岱峰山下，屿后村在大象山下，礼元村则与闽侯县交界。[14][15][12]境内闽江支流穿行而过，供水充裕，土壤肥沃，灌溉多靠自流，是长乐水稻的主要产区之一。[2]

人口民族[edit]

截至2019年末，全镇户籍人口35601人。[1]

全镇旅居海外的华侨不少，首占是长乐的重点侨乡之一。[3]

经济[edit]

镇域以农业为基础，农业综合开发力度加大，农业生产逐步向规模化、产业化发展。2014年6月，环境保护部授予首占镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄李村中部有李参将军故居。据博雅地名网所述，李参于永乐七年（1409年）随郑和下西洋，因从征有功，授忠武校尉，后累迁游击、定远将军，任总管府中军。故居后座建于元末，由黄李村李、黄二姓的开山祖李彰所建。[2][5]

首占村现存明代「岱阳郑氏祖厅」建筑群，清代曾钦赐「世科甲」金匾。[4]岱边村留有明清古民居20多座，村中还曾建有明代斗南桥。[6]

鹏上村有长乐区级文物保护单位「黄文肃公宗祠」，村内并有经整治修复的金锣盆池与沙堤公园。[7]塘屿村内的「九龙林氏东边房祠堂」可溯至北宋，2024年曾修葺，并设了村史馆。[8]

著名人物[edit]

据博雅地名网，首占是文学家郑振铎、导演陈怀皑、导演陈凯歌，以及旅居香港的女作家陈娟的故乡。首占村的百度百科条目所列名人另有郑世威一人。[4]
