长限村是营前街道的行政村，位于峡漳公路北侧，在街道东部，西接长安村和湖里村，北面三山环绕[2]。

地名与沿革[edit]

上洞江水原向东流，流至马榄山被山挡住，改道西南而去，村名原作洞限，后雅化为洞县，再演变为长限[1]。

长限村原为1958年设立的农业生产大队，1981年改设大队管理委员会，1985年设村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。

荣誉与文物[edit]

2011年度，长限村被评为「长乐市文明村」；2022年12月，长限村被定为2022年度「福州市中级版绿盈乡村」[1]。村内长限街中井为文物点[3]。
