汶洋村的村名出自北峰一带的「三十六洋」中的汶洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年设日溪乡汶洋村委会。[1]此前，汶洋在1975年重归郊区、仍称日溪公社汶洋大队；1971年由北峰区管辖；1961年归福州郊区；1949年12月改属闽侯县第八区（石牌区），设日溪乡汶洋村。[1]民国时期属林森县，设汶洋乡汶洋村；明清属五十七都。[1]

经济[edit]

福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月将汶洋村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]2021年12月，汶洋村被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。[1]

文化[edit]

「2021年福建省卫生村」这一称号由福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予汶洋村。[1]
