宦溪镇是福州市晋安区下辖的镇，位于区境东北部的北峰山区，东与连江县为邻，南与马尾区亭江镇接壤。镇域面积133平方千米，下辖25个行政村和3个社区，集镇中心距福州城区约13公里。[1][2][4][8]

镇内的鼓岭于1886年由西方传教士开辟为避暑地，如今辟为鼓岭旅游度假区。宋至元代的宦溪窑址和20世纪30年代的桂湖二三革命纪念馆也都在镇内。农业以茶叶、鹅鼻萝卜为主，工业以新材料、食品加工和生物医药为重点。[4][7][10][14]

历史沿革[edit]

镇名来自溪名。相传古时村间多出仕官，人们便以“宦”字为溪流命名，镇政府驻地宦溪村因溪得名。[2][3]

在唐代，今宦溪一带属闽县，编在八座乡稷下里。北宋太平兴国六年（即981年），这一带划入新设的怀安县。明代万历年间（1580年）怀安县撤销，地域并入侯官县。[2][9]

民国时期，今宦溪分为宦溪、捷后两个乡，属闽侯县。1962年，宦溪归福州市郊区管辖。[2]

1984年设宦溪乡，1992年撤乡设镇。1996年福州市区划调整，郊区改称晋安区，宦溪镇随之划归晋安区。2004年撤乡并镇，鼓岭乡并入宦溪镇。[3][6][9]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地处山区，平均海拔约500米。气候上属南亚热带季风性湿润类型，日照充足，降水丰沛。镇政府网站称，夏季平均气温比福州市区低3至5℃。[4][5]

鼓岭所在的鼓岭旅游度假区面积约24平方千米，最高海拔998米，区内分宜夏、牛头寨、凤池、南洋等4个景区。[10]

人口与民族[edit]

2019年末户籍人口13995人，2021年常住人口14468人。镇政府网站则称户籍人口约1.5万人。镇内有汉族和畲族。[1][2][4][5]

经济[edit]

镇政府网站所载的发展布局为“一镇一区三片”，即集镇、宦溪工业集中区，以及鼓岭片、桂湖片和捷坂片。[4]

宦溪工业集中区的产业定位为新材料、食品加工和生物医药（中医药原材料）。镇政府网站称，它是福州市城区内唯一的山地工业园区。[4]

农业方面，捷坂一带有大片茶园，茶叶是镇里的主导产业。2023年12月，全镇获认定为「福州市2023年市级农业产业强镇」。鹅鼻萝卜获批「国家地理标志商标」。[3][4]

芙蓉石产自本镇，是寿山石的主要石种之一。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

鼓岭海拔750至800米上下，离福州市中心约13公里。1886年，西方传教士在此开辟避暑地，1935年时，山间有200多幢样式多样的避暑别墅，并建有教堂、医院、运动场、游泳池和万国公益社等公共建筑。[7][12][13]

万国公益社为外国侨民于1914至1915年集资兴建的西式俱乐部，1924至1925年翻新重建。1995年4月，它被公布为晋安区文物保护单位。[7][11]

宦溪窑址位于亥由村与板桥村一带，窑群南北延伸约1.7公里，传说共有三十六窑。该窑址属宋至元代的大型窑址，1956年修公路时被发现，1983年公布为福州市级文物保护单位。[11][14]

桂湖二三革命纪念馆位于桂湖一带的垄头村。1934年春，当地青年在中共组织领导下展开斗争，一度建起苏维埃政权，直至1936年夏才告失败。馆址建筑面积约300平方米，1986年12月，郊区人民政府将其公布为郊区文物保护单位。[7]

降虎红军墓位于降虎村。1934年8月，北上抗日先遣队在降虎梧桐一带与国民党军作战一天，随后撤离，转移至连罗苏区。1995年，当地村民在战斗处修建红军烈士墓，2002年6月公布为晋安区文物保护单位。[7]

鼓岭医院（宜夏别墅）位于鼓岭宜夏村内。1919年，威廉·甘布尔夫人出资，美以美会一位医生主持建立了这所医院。1995年4月，它被列为晋安区第三批文物保护单位。[7][11]

荣誉[edit]

2014年6月，宦溪镇获环境保护部授予的「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。2019年11月，镇内的鼓宦线获评全国「十大最美农村路」。[3][4]

宦溪镇在2020年7月获认定为福州市「四好农村路」建设（第二批）市级示范乡。2020年12月，宦溪镇被福建省爱卫办命名为「福建省卫生乡镇」。[3][4]

2022年10月，宦溪镇获「福建省乡村治理示范乡镇」称号。[4]
