岳峰村是福州市晋安区岳峰镇下辖的行政村，属城区范围。村名的来源，据博雅地名网所载，与五代时始建的东岳庙有关，庙又名泰山庙，取东岳之“岳”，化泰山为“峰”，故称岳峰。[1]

东岳庙今仍保留血池殿、娘娘宫等建筑。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

唐代，村域分属闽县乌石乡与灵芝乡；宋、元、明时期分属闽县高盖北乡、凤池东乡和晋安西乡；清代分属闽县南一区（南台区）和东三区（东山区）。[1]

1955年撤区建乡后，村域分属鼓山、象园、岳峰乡，1957年改属鼓山与岳峰乡。1969年4月划归福州郊区。[1]
