岳峰镇位于福州市东部城区，归晋安区管辖，辖区面积11.3平方千米，现有4个行政村和若干社区。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

唐代，今镇域分属闽县的乌石乡和灵芝乡；宋、元、明时期分属闽县高盖北乡、凤池东乡和晋安西乡；清代划入闽县南一区与东三区。[14]

1957年11月，福州郊区重新划分为10个乡镇，其中境内有鼓山、岳峰、湖前、战坂四个乡。[6]

1996年福州市区划调整，原台江乡改名岳峰镇，归属晋安区。[1][3]

2005年10月，岳峰镇列入第一届全国文明村镇名单；2006年1月，它获得「第四批全国环境优美乡镇」称号；全国爱国卫生运动委员会于2020年7月复核了本镇的国家卫生乡镇（县城）称号。[4] 镇政府网站还列出福州市经济强镇和国家级家庭健康服务中心等称号。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域北边依金鸡山脊与茶园街道分界；西侧隔晋安河，与鼓楼区温泉街道相望；南面以福新路为界，与王庄街道相连；东侧与鼓山镇为邻。[1][3]

人口[edit]

截至2019年末，全镇户籍人口为67368人。[1][2] 镇政府网站另称全镇人口约17.6万人，未注明统计时点。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

康山庙位于康山顶，现存建筑为清光绪年间重修，有戏台、大殿和后殿，1941年改建戏台；关于其始建年代，百度百科作汉代，博雅地名网作道光年间。1998年列为晋安区文物保护单位。[9][11][12]

福州东岳庙在岳峰镇境内，维基百科称其始建于后唐长兴年间，百度百科则作五代闽王王审知时。清代曾按宫殿规制大规模修葺，此后多数殿宇被毁，1989年底仅存娘娘宫与血池殿两座殿堂。1992年11月，它被列为福州市文物保护单位。[7][8][15]

竹屿木牌坊立于竹屿村东路口，始建于明嘉靖七年（1528年），此后在清同治三年（1864年）和民国十二年（1923年）有过修缮。这座木结构牌坊为四柱三门式，宽8.5米、高约9米，是区级文物保护单位。[10][11]

凤丘鹤林摩崖题刻在鹤林村境内，据博雅地名网所载为朱熹手迹，1983年8月公布为市级文物保护单位。[11][13][5]
