鼓山镇是福建省福州市晋安区下辖的镇，位于福州城区东部，地处福州的东大门，东面与马尾港相邻，北面靠近鼓岭。镇名来自境内的鼓山，镇政府称全镇辖23个行政村和28个社区。[1][5]

镇内有鼓山摩崖题刻、涌泉寺等文物，前屿阮公祠、凤洋将军庙等古迹也在辖区之内，寿山石雕技艺在此传承久远。1992年由鼓山乡改设为镇，1996年随福州郊区改称晋安区而属晋安区。[2][3][6]

历史沿革[edit]

唐代，今镇域地方分别归闽县的双桂乡、凤池乡与灵芝乡。两宋至清代，这片土地先后划入凤池的东、西两个乡以及晋安西乡，清末则散入东三区（东山区）的四个里：归善、瑞圣、双溪、鼓山。[6]

民国时期，部分地方属闽侯（林森）县第二区的松鼓乡与双岳乡。1949年12月，鼓山地方改隶福州市，并组建鼓山区；1955年鼓山区撤销，此后这些乡先由郊区的办事机构管理，之后又改由市政府直接掌管。[6]

1958年建鼓山人民公社，1960年复置鼓山区，1969年改称鼓山人民公社，此后经历多次并入与析出。1984年改社为乡。1992年，原郊区鼓山乡成为鼓山镇；镇政府网站称之为更名，博雅地名网则记作当年9月撤乡建镇。[1][6]

此后的1996年，福州郊区改称晋安区，鼓山镇随之属晋安区，区政府网称晋安区现下辖鼓山镇等9个乡镇（街道）。[3][4]

2023年3月，晋安区在镇内新设鹿溪、晋湖、瑞圣、凤屿、崇贤五个社区，并调整了部分社区的管辖范围。[8][9]

地理环境[edit]

镇域伏在鼓山西南一侧的山麓上，西边靠近连江路，南侧紧邻光明港，北面与鼓岭相望。[1][7]

浦东河流经镇内，全长约3.9公里，自化工路一带南延，穿过福马路与连洋路，至水上公园汇入光明港，沿岸串有多个小型公园。[10]

文化[edit]

寿山石雕在镇内根基深厚，木雕与根雕同样历史悠久。据镇政府介绍，建国后经评选的中国寿山石工艺大师有19位，鼓山人占了其中13位，故当地有“石出寿山、艺在鼓山”之语。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

鼓山摩崖题刻被公布为国家级文物保护单位（1961年5月），散布在鼓山全山，内容自宋代延续至民国，以灵源洞一带最为集中。[2]

涌泉寺为市级文物保护单位（1992年11月公布）。宋代以来历代的珍贵文物留存寺中，该寺在全国汉族地区的重点寺观中占有一席之地。[2]

鳝溪摩崖题刻为市级文物保护单位（1983年8月公布），两岸峰峦夹着溪涧，石刻中宋代的祈雨记最具价值。保护范围包括两岸岩石与广应庙台地。[2]

镇内的省级文物还有远东村的凤洋将军庙与洋里村的林尔康墓，前者奉祀琉球国金将军，后者墓主为台湾板桥林家族成员。[2]
