村名取五星红旗辉煌灿烂的意思。村落原名「庄前」。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，星辉村入选「2019年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」名单，产品为葡萄。[1]

2021年12月，星辉村被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。[1]

农业农村厅于2022年10月认定星辉村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2024年1月，星辉村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时归庄楼保管辖，1950年划入闽侯县第二区。1958年分为两个生产大队，隶属上岐大队；1984年才改称星辉村，1995年11月归马尾区琅岐镇。[2]
