洪塘村是福建省福州市马尾区亭江镇下辖的行政村，位于闽江北岸，村居正对棋盘山，北靠五限山鲤脊，环抱在高速公路与温福铁路的交汇处，交通便捷。[1]

村名由始祖自福州洪山桥的洪塘村迁来时沿用而来。1995年11月改属马尾区亭江镇。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

博雅地名网称，村子的始祖从福州洪山桥一带的洪塘村迁来，于是把原居村名用于新居。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时，此地称林森县洪塘村。1950年归闽侯县马尾第三区，同西边村合编为西洪乡下的洪塘村。1956年办高级社，1958年改设洪塘大队，1984年改称洪塘村。此后，1988年12月至1995年12月间属福州市郊区亭江镇，1995年11月起归马尾区亭江镇。[2]

村居座落在棋盘山与五限山之间，自然环境较好，博雅地名网称村中古迹较多。[1]

博雅地名网载，全村540户，共1665人，另有外来人口100多人。旅居海外的侨胞1000多人。村子总面积2.1平方千米，该页未注统计年份。[1]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予洪塘村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
