亭头社区是福建省福州市马尾区亭江镇下辖的社区，位于亭江镇的中心位置，沿104国道两侧分布，南面濒临闽江。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年此地设立亭头村，1958年改称亭头大队，1984年成为亭头居委会，2004年改为亭头社区。[1]
地名方面，博雅地名网称社区靠近闽江，旧有玄帝亭，居民多住在亭的一头，村名由此而来。[1]
地理环境[edit]
社区东、西、北三面分别与东街村、闽安村、西边村相接，104国道与罗长高速公路穿过社区，水陆交通便利。[1]
社区建设[edit]
博雅地名网载，社区有居民708户、总人口1640人，但该页未注统计年份。[2]
社区设有幼儿园、小学、中学，并有福建省外经贸学院、华侨医院和医疗站。社区内建有老年健身活动中心、图书馆、环岛公园等场所，另设有面向流动人口的一站式便民服务中心。[2]
旅居海外的侨胞热心家乡公益，社区内的亭下、泰山宫、第一桥等敬老院，以及登龙境礼堂与中心公园，多由侨胞捐资建成。[2]

2022年12月，省级爱卫部门授予亭头社区「2022年福建省卫生社区」称号。[1]
