下德村隶属福建省福州市马尾区马尾镇，位于闽江北岸，村落临江而建。[1]
地名由来[edit]
相传当年有十四人在此凿石定居，取“一心一德”之意，村名由此而来。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
清末属闽县东二区上永北里，民国时期先后属闽侯县三区与林森县马江镇。1958年属马尾人民公社和平大队，1991年改称马尾镇下德村。[1]
2021年2月，下德村入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]
