船政社区是福建省福州市马尾区马尾镇下辖的社区，2002年1月成立，南临闽江北岸，北至沿山西路旺岐山南侧。[1]

地名由来[edit]

社区人才汇聚，船政文化传统悠久，故以“船政”为名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清末，洋务派左宗棠、沈葆桢在本地创办船政局。社区内留有船政学堂遗址、旧海军联营与法式钟楼等船政建筑，据博雅地名网属国家级文物保护单位；福建船政建筑是马尾区5处全国重点文物保护单位之一。[1][2]

2021年2月，船政社区入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]
