村落依傍罗星塔，房屋分散错落，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清末此地属闽县东二区罗星塔一带，民国时期划入闽侯县第三区，1958年为马尾人民公社的罗星大队，1995年11月改称罗星街道罗星村。[1]
