建新镇是福建省福州市仓山区下辖的镇，位于南台岛西北端，夹在乌龙江与闽江之间，北侧与南侧分别隔江与闽侯县的上街镇、南屿镇相望。[1][3][4]全镇面积约30平方千米，2017年常住人口93526人。[4][5]镇内留有怀安县衙遗址、台屿陈氏宗祠、朱敬则墓等文物古迹。[8][10][18]

历史沿革[edit]

建新一带古时属扬州南部边境，秦代归闽中郡管辖。[2]

1949年9月，此地设为林森县第六区，次年林森县复名闽侯县，建新成为闽侯县第六区。[2]1958年改设建新人民公社，此后在建新区、人民公社与建新乡之间几经变动，1984年又恢复为建新乡。[2]

1992年10月，建新乡撤销，改设建新镇，沿用至今。[2]1996年1月，福州市区划调整，原属晋安区的仓山、盖山、城门、建新、螺洲五镇划归仓山区。[6]2003年，金山新区开发时，金山街道从建新镇中分出。[6]

地理环境[edit]

建新镇东侧以白鹭岭一带的福湾公路同盖山镇相接，西面濒临乌龙江，南端经湾边一带过江与闽侯县南屿镇为邻，北端则隔江与闽侯县上街镇相对。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

镇内的古迹，博雅地名网另有专页列出，其中怀安县衙遗址是仓山区现存的唯一衙署遗址。[7]宋咸平二年（999年）起，这里是怀安县衙所在；明万历八年（1580年）怀安县撤销后，旧址在清代改作递运所，并改建为民居，现存三进木构建筑。[9][12]该遗址2015年公布为福州市级文物保护单位。[9]

怀安窑址在怀安、淮安一带的石岊山南麓，是南朝至唐代的瓷窑遗址。据百度百科，窑场始于南朝梁大同三年（537年）。[8]1953年发现，1982年发掘，1991年列为福建省文物保护单位。[11]

怀安五帝庙供奉福州民间信仰的五位神明，现存主体建筑为清代所建，2015年公布为福州市级文物保护单位。[15]怀安相公庙由城隍庙、提统抚、天盛院三部分组成，建于清代，为仓山区文物保护单位，2005年曾遭火灾，2014年至2015年修复。[16]

怀安接官道码头位于乌龙江边，突堤式结构，石板道上留有防滑凿槽，为福州市级文物保护单位。[17]

台屿陈东忠烈祠前后三进，纵深约六十米，供祀北宋太学生陈东，是仓山区级文物。[13]台屿陈氏宗祠的渊源可追到南宋景炎元年（1276年），当时陈嘉言在此设书隐草堂，明初改作宗祠，现存五进院落，2009年被定为第七批福建省文物保护单位。[10][14]

朱敬则墓是唐代名相朱敬则的墓，墓前原有石翁仲等，民间俗称怀安丞相墓，2013年公布为福建省文物保护单位。[18]翁正春墓位于石岊山西北麓，墓碑刻崇祯戊辰（1628年）立，1986年公布为仓山区文物保护单位。[19]林廷选墓位于妙峰山一带，墓碑刻嘉靖甲午（1534年）造，为仓山区文物保护单位。[20]
