地名由来[edit]
村位于高盖山上部，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国年间属阳岐乡；1961年以午桥以上一片设上岐大队，1984年起为村委会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
阳岐尚书祖庙位于凤鸣山南麓，建于明天启七年（1627年），原为凤鸣寺。1920年由严复出资修复，后改祀南宋陈文龙，称「尚书祖庙」，建筑群占地3805平方米。[1]
午桥始建于宋元祐四年（1089年），为石构平梁桥，桥长34米，原为四墩五孔，现存两墩三孔，按博雅地名网所载为区级文物保护单位。[1]
