卢滨村位于福州市仓山区金山街道。村庄旧时临近江边，居民多为卢姓，村名由此而来。[1]

此地旧属闽侯县，1958年人民公社成立后定名为卢滨村。村域面积约1500多亩，人口近1500人，分为3个村民小组（博雅地名网未注年份）。[1]

2000年起，村内土地陆续被征用，几乎全部征完，村民迁入周边数处小区安置。[1]
