三叉街街道位于福建省福州市仓山区中北部，辖区面积约0.98平方千米，1987年成立。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，明洪武年间（1368年），此地因位于上山路、三高路与福峡路中段的交叉口，古称三叉街，街名由此而来。[1]

1987年，三叉街街道成立。[1][2][3] 1995年，国务院批复福州市行政区划调整，当时仓山区共有6个街道，三叉街是其中之一，另有下渡、上渡、对湖、临江、仓前。[4] 1996年东升街道设立，埔头、埔南、东福、东藤、东聚这5个居委会此前归三叉街街道，此后划入东升街道。[5]

自2017年5月起，三叉街旧改第一期工作展开，涉及195栋楼、4646名涉迁户，回迁工作自2023年起陆续进行。[1]

2021年2月，街道列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]

地理环境[edit]

街道北端抵三高路，南端达则徐公园，东侧与连江南路相接，西侧则以则徐大道划界。[1][3]

村东、绿岛、湖畔三个社区处于这片三角形地带之内。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2011年末，街道常住总人口为2.2万人。[2] 博雅地名网所载，街道的户籍总人口为17084人，其中常住人口13854人，流动人口1989人，该页未注明统计年份。[1]
