地名由来[edit]
此地原为程姓家族的村庄和田地。后来程姓人口凋零，房屋与田地售予江姓家族，“程厝”之名仍沿用至今。[1]

2021年，本社区列入仓山区2018至2020年度区级文明社区推荐名单。[2]
