福祥社区是福建省福州市台江区宁化街道下辖的社区，西南临闽江北岸，东北以工业路中心线为界。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区由「远原新达居委会」和「祥板村委会」整合而成，属“小区型”社区。[1]

社区名取自辖区内的福祥小区，「福祥」寓意幸福吉祥。[1] 2001年12月，社区党支部成立；同月还举行了首届社区成员代表大会，并选出议事监督委员会与居委会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

社区面积约0.341平方千米。辖区里设有台江区防疫站，另有福州抗生素总厂、福州八塑与台江商业中学。[2]
