福瑞社区是福州市台江区宁化街道下辖的一个社区，坐落于尤溪洲大桥（五桥）北端，东边以新村二里为界，西面直抵西二环南路，南侧临闽江北岸，北侧与宁化支路相连。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区于1996年设立。原居委会旧址因拆迁，2016年8月迁至现址。[1]

社区名称取自辖区内的福瑞新村，「福瑞」一词寓意幸福平安。[1]

2022年起，社区围绕福机新苑开展无障碍改造，2023年在「全省无障碍设施建设示范区」评定中列为样板第一档。[2] 2024年入选「福建省儿童友好社区」名单，2025年5月入选「2025—2026年全国示范性老年友好型社区创建名单」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区以安置房为主，人口密集，老人与残障人士的比例较高。[2]

社区设有幼儿园和社区医疗站，并建有党员服务站、劳动服务站、老人活动中心、健身场所和残疾人康复中心等设施。[1]
