牡丹社区是福建省福州市台江区上海街道下辖的社区，位于交通路中段，东临荷塘路，西靠白马路，北侧与西洋社区相接。[1]

社区于2001年11月设立，2007年整合后推进居民自治，协助街道开展社会救助、计划生育和青少年教育等工作。[1][2]

社区名取自辖内的荷花园、牡丹园、兰花园等楼院。[1]

社区居民以原工业路沿线企业退休人员及其子女为主。[2]
