奋斗社区隶属福州市台江区义洲街道，属地缘型社区，2006年8月组建。辖区东临洋中路，南抵济南河，西邻天马新村，总人口10729人。[1][3]

社区名为“奋斗”，寓意鼓励居民积极向上、拼搏进取。[1]

社区于2006年8月组建，属地缘型社区。[2][3]

社区采用“三榕治理”的工作模式，属于基层治理“义洲实践”的组成部分之一。[3]

地理环境[edit]

辖区东侧沿洋中路中心线，西侧与天马新村相连，南侧是济南河中心线，北侧靠太平里和山仔里一带的茶亭河。[1]

社区的住宅区有南禅新村与洋中新村，此外还有元兴小区、金祥花园、洋中花园。全社区共3427户，另有流动人口928户、1155人。[2]

社区设有两所社区医疗卫生站，并配有老人活动中心、健身场地和图书阅览室。[2]
