滨江社区是台江区瀛洲街道下辖的社区，位于台江区东部沿江滨路一带，2001年成立。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

社区名称来自其地处江滨路附近的位置。[4]

社区于2001年设立。2013年11月的整合中，原两街社区的一部分区域并入滨江。[1][3]

2015年3月，本社区获得第三批国家级充分就业社区称号。[1]

社区还先后获得「福州市文明单位」「省科普示范社区」「省绿色社区」「福州市青年文明社区」「福州市星光老人之家」「十佳社区服务站」「平安社区」和「先进职工之家」等称号，博雅地名网未注获得年份。[2]

地理环境[edit]

社区的东界是光明一支河，西侧与闽江二桥相接，南侧靠江滨路，北界到排尾路；辖区内有多个商品住宅小区。[1][2]
