地名由来[edit]

凤湖之名源于地形：辖区地形如同一只凤凰，当时的自然村中有首凤和凤尾两处，因此取名凤湖。[1]

沿革[edit]

1968年，福州大学征用凤湖大队的土地，设立凤湖实业公司，菜农转为职工。1987年成立凤湖居委会，2001年改设凤湖社区居民委员会。2004年9月成立党总支，2009年7月升格为党委。[1]
