屏西社区是福州市鼓楼区五凤街道下辖的社区，位于福州西北部。社区驻地在屏山西侧，因此得名[1]。社区始建于1988年，1992年经批准成立居委会[1][2]。

屏西社区属机关单位宿舍型社区，实际占地约16公顷，辖区内有一家省属单位、一所小学、一所幼儿园，并设有银行、邮局、文化站和医疗站[1][2]。截至2011年，社区有2532户居民，常住人口6880人[2]；博雅地名网所载的常住人口为5380人，未注明年份[1]。

2002年至2021年间，社区先后获评「福州市文明社区」「福建省科普示范社区」「省级老年人健身康乐家园」等称号[2]。
