建华、水涧、于山三个居委会整合后，组成了现在的建华社区。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区北面紧靠福新路，南边为古田路，东界在新洋巷，西侧临着五一北路。隔马路往西即是于山风景区。[1][2]
