龙峰社区是华大街道下辖的社区，位于福州华林路中段。社区东界为五四路，西界为屏山山麓，南为华林路，北为中医学院南墙，占地约0.21平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1980年，此地设立居民委员会，因居委会驻地在龙峰村而得名；1999年改称龙峰社区。[1][2]

社区内新村楼院共75座，户数1691，人口6153（博雅地名网所载，统计年份未注）。辖内设省、市属单位7家，另有幼儿园3所，超市2家，农贸市场1处。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

龙峰泰山庙位于社区内，明崇祯三年（1630年）动工兴建，此后屡经修缮，留存的建筑带有清代样式，占地约2000平方米。该庙在2009年被公布为福建省文物保护单位。[3][4]
